ATTN: Black Series owners, hood pic request
Good morning everyone, I am contemplating the purchase of an OEM Black Series/507 hood, but I need to check on a few things. The dealer said I would probably need new hood struts, hinges, etc., which doesn't make a ton of sense to me. There is no easy way to tell in the parts system because MB apparently lists different part numbers for hinges, etc., so I want to see if they look the same.
I haven't been able to find a good picture of the underside of the Black Series hood, so would a BS owner mind posting a picture of the full underside of the hood? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
