ford svt's, and C63!!!
Guess what I'll run.

I'm gonna head out and get a few quarter mile runs in with my bone stock 2012 C63 with 5K miles on the clock. I'm going to use my ol G-tech pro, and I'll tell you right now it's gonna be slow, as I live at 6500' above sea level. The car does have a fresh set of drag Nitto drag radials though. With a fair start, I've gotten 5.2ish 0-60mph times just to give you an idea of the elevation handicap. I'm hoping for mid 13's @ 104mph, but if I can just stay out of the 14's I'll be satisfied. I'm in the process of getting a eurocharged tune sorted out and just would like to see some gains on paper, when the damn thing finally "takes" the tune I've already purchased. Wish me luck and no broken parts.

Pretty disappointing, 13.6 @ 104 is the best pass out of 4 passes. Oh well, faster than my 4700lb Ford lightning by less then a tenth of a second only. I'll report back after installing the tune, "if that ever happens"

My c63 has hard time taking the tune due to "special"l ecu from Europe. Don't ask me why, i buy the car in US but my tunner said i have Europe ecu. Tunner has to buy a stock US spec file from dealer and custom tune for my vin. Drive us crazy but take your time, eurocharge know what they doing and i promise you that you will love it.
Do you have lsd? Stock c63 should do low 13 on 1/4 miles. Was your tire warm up? Tire pressure?

No real tire spin to speak of, just low on power due to the 6500' elevation, and it was warm and humid as well. I'm sure at a lower elevation track, it would be in the lower 13's.

13.6! The conditions must be a significant handicap. My tuned C350 runs a 13.7 and I think there's still improvement to be had there. Everyone in the overseas seems to run better times than people in Australia, not slower.

It is what it is, not a real powerhouse by no means. Again 6500' elevation doesn't help either. I am taking it to a tack here in a couple weeks, and we'll see how accurate my G-tech pro is compared to actual timers. Although this track is above 7K' elevation.

10 C six trizzle
in theory the altitude alone will drop you approx 86 crank hp. who knows on torque. Altitude kills n/a engine power big time. Dont be too disappointed, atleast your realistic and not thinking your going to hit motor trend records etc... altitude is why all the pike peak cars make crazy power at sea level, because at the top of the mountain they dont have ****.
