Asking about C63 Brakes

Hey

My friend is looking to change his C63 2009 brake pads , and wondering he could use these brake pads instead of the original OEM
I advised him to ask here first before buying them online , maybe there's a difference in brake pads between US and EU C63

DP31939C EBC Redstuff Ceramic Low Dust Brake Pads; Front
DP31839C EBC Redstuff Ceramic Low Dust Brake Pads; Rear

Thanks All

Both , since he always on speed and aggressive while driving
but , does it fit his car or not , that is the main question ?

Has your friend ever used a search engine? I found the answer for the front pads in seconds. I generally hate smart-azz answers like this but come on...

whats wrong with the factory pads? you think amg cheaped out on the pads but used 6/4 piston brembo fixed calipers? you also dont have to worry if they fit or not.

street cars come from the factory with pads best suited for street use -- not track use -- as street pads are are the right choice for most owners.

those that track their cars, buy dedicated track pads and swap them out, or use track pads on the street knowing the tradeoffs.

PAGID makes RS19's in proper fitment for our cars. they are not cheap. the shop i use has an extra set if anyone wants some without waiting.

You do realize that it's the weekend and most people have lives and other obligations besides spending their time on the forums right? You make it sound like the forum owes its members answers when they demand it.

I'm sure there's enough information about brakes that a simple and thorough search will yield the results you want. If not, why not contact the manufacturer/seller directly?

namely they squeak and put off huge amts of brake dust. i forget the brand but i'm pretty sure there are other performance brands that cost less than OEM, don't squeak and put off far less dust

edit: and are suitable for the track

I've searched brake pads as recently as a month ago since I'm due for replacements. NEVER have I seen a different part # or application listed for pads to fit a "Euro" caliper. Plus, I've been on this forum for four years now. NEVER have I heard or read that there are different calipers used in C63 versions for each continent. That puts me at the 99.97% confidence level that the pads you listed will work in your friend's car. TIFWIW.

Thanks for all of you who answered
The EBC brakes are on the way here now , and will tell you the quality when tested
about the squeak sound , I think it comes when the brakes are hotter more than it meant to be as I have experience with TRW brakes & rotors
while EBC promises the best quality and no sound and anti-heat pads
will see after testing .

at the beginning , the pads are RED , you will find the links above
installed easily , the front pads are heavy and well made quality , it's for C63/E63
the rear pads are kinda strange as they provide you a small envelope with grease for only rear pads

the stopping is 99% good so far , will update it weekly , and when you push brake , you don't feel there's an empty space like stock , EBC * BRAKE = Full stop
I heard that the EBC BLUE STUFF is more powerful than RED

again , compared to stock , there pads are much better and stronger in stopping the car
