C63 Cat broke ? Now to get it empty ?
Hi,
i have a c63 with secondary cat deleted.
I think the sound is great. Sometimes it could be a bit louder....but the most time i´m impressed.
So now one cat gets destroyed ( i think, we look at it in 2 days ) it rattles verly loud and when i push the exhaust after the first cat it rattles too.
So my question ist, what happenes when i get the 2 first cats empty ? Is the sound much louder ? Do i lose or get performance ?
Do i get a masage inside the car that somethink happenes with the cat ?
Sorry for my english, but i only had school english.

If you delete or "blow out" the primary cats you're going to need a tune as your car is going to throw a code and your CEL/MIL will come on.
Car will be much louder, might lose some low end power but will gain it back on the top end.

I have already a tune. Do you mean it need to be changed or do you mean somebody needs to programm something out of my electric system ? Like if you want that the car dont make a noise when you dont fasten you seat belts ?

Gutting your primaries will make your car quite a bit louder. Try YouTube as there should be some examples you can listen to so as to gauge the effect. I would think a cat failure like that would be a warranty replacement.
