After many month os searching just for the right one at the right price, I found it. So here is it a 2010 Obsidian Black with light color interior (not sure about the name) beautiful color combo. It is still under factory warranty until early September and will purchase a Benz extended warranty. Since I relatively new at this forum I hope someone can decipher the vin number to find all the option that came on the car. WDDGF7HB9AF380441

Congrats. you may want to check if your car is eligible for the MBUSA extended warranty. the dealer should be able to run your VIN and tell you.

I agree with ddcha 100%. I bought an E63 in Feb and thought it qualified for MBUSA extended warranty but it doesn't because it was sold as a preowned but not pre-owned CERTIFIED in 2010-- fail.. My factory warranty runs out in September also. Now I am in a dilemma. To buy a third party warranty or self-insure?

Prior to the purchase I called the Benz dealer and was quoted a 3 years 75K extended warranty for $4,900 After searching on this forum for deals on extended warranty, I called another Benz dealer listed in an old post and got a price for less than $3K on the same warranty. The price variance is incredible. Now, it is my understanding and confirmed by both dealers, that if the car is still within the original factory warranty it is eligible for an extended warranty up to the above limits.

that's a good sign. You should be able to purchase the extended warranty for $2800. My suggestion to you is to purchase it now and then if you decide to sell the car you can get refunded. You also get pro rata refunds on an extended warranty.
