This is a vid of me against my friends Mustang cobra running a 3.4 whipple SC putting out 670RWHP. He's having traction issues getting off the line.


I'm running Weistec stage 3 with built tranny, full weight and 17" hooiser dot drags.

DA was about 3000ft.

Ya the tranny shifts hard and quick. It handles the power perfectly.

I havent been on the dyno. Dont really care about dyno numbers.

this is a slow track compared to usa ones. To be in the 10s at this track with a 4000lbs car is pretty damn impressive. Specially a car thats driven daily and has stock like manners around town till you hammer ob it.

whats the rear tire/wheel setup. I see its a 17" hoosier slick. is it like an old clk 208 wheel? offset? what size tire? does it fit the stock caliper/rotor ok? I need to get something for the rear of mine. running 11.9 @ 128 w/ 2.8 60fts just makes the car look sorry to anyone that doesnt know whats happening/understand. And i dont like losing when i can run them down on the big end.

These wheels were a fluke I found on here. They are some cheap replicas I paid 200bucks for and they fit.

The tire is 275/40/17 i believe. They're awesome tires. Dead hooks no problem with a little burn out.

That's making me re-think about supercharging my C63, knowing how hard those Cobras tend to run!! Would you say the built trans is needed at your power level, or are you just doing it for safety's sake?
