Hey everyone,

I want to know your thoughts and guesses regarding the comparison between the 507 HORSEPOWER 4.1 SECOND C63 (edition 507) and the new generation 2015 C63, which one might be faster? better performance? These are only guesses and discussions to see what everyone thinks..

My guess is the next C63 will have ~475 hp standard and if they offer a development pack it'll be ~500 hp. 0-60 will probably be 4.0-4.2. I know one thing is for sure - most everyone that drives the new E or whatever with the 5.5 tt, mentions they miss the 6.2 NA motor. That's why I chose the 507. I know the little turbo v8 they put in there won't quite scratch my back just right.

Kind of agree with the 6.2 engine, but we'll have to see how the new engine performs to decide!

Absolutely love the m156. Especially once tuned and pulling till redline, it is remarkable. I have not driven the 5.5 biturbo e63 but those cars are makinf 620whp on tune ALONE. Ridiculous power.
They still sound amazing too. I find it hard to imagine not liking that motor.

Yup and I saw a 650rwhp wisetec stg 3 M156 pull a 720 rwhp M157 E63. Ef that small motor sh man.

Impressive. The 5.5 is awesome though. That weistec upgrade plugs right in using factory oil lines and all. Small turbo upgrade yielding that power is nice. I wonder if the new c63 will get the 5.5 or a 4.0 though.

I think the future C63 would be a 4.0 V8 rated in 460-475 hp range

Your estimated hp makes sense, it might go ever higher with the development package.
