Full walk around of stance.
Went really aggressive up front because wanted to look flushed and matched with the rears since our front fender is so wide. Go wide or go home!
I used 43mm bolts front and 40mm bolts rear. 0 ticking sounds. Tech said there's more than enough room to clear the parking brake.
p.s. each picture has before and after
Want to give a big thanks to Matt(olszowa) for recommending the widest and safest spacer to get. He had experiences with all sorts of sizes and assured me I'd be fine in normal driving situations.
Thanks to Jasonoff and diabolis as well.
Sig is fully stock.

Looks great. Love the flush look. I'm actually a fan of the stock 18's no matter what people say...
Am I seeing things or could you of gone out about 2mm or so? Still not perfectly flush? Maybe its just the angle...
WE NEED SOME SIDE PICS OF THE WHOLE CAR

I don't hear any rubbing atm. Drove about 30 miles. @zephyr, Not going to risk going any further up front due to the chance of buckling a fender. Tech told me that front might rub, rears should be ok. So far so good. Will get some pics from side profile tomorrow.
Most stretched due to the bump in road.
the aftermath
Was going about 55 on a boulevard. hit a curved bump. This is a screenshot of the video. That was the driver's rear fender. I either rubbed or was 1mm from rubbing. No change in sound of video and I didn't really hear anything.

The fronts would rub slightly on a dip with the wheels straight. Too much camber when the wheels are turned so no chance of rubbing.
Couldn't get the rears to rub on the street but the track was a different story

What size wheels and tires? I don't drive crazy on the road, only off the line do I punch it. I'd assume I'm pretty safe with this setup unless I'm on the track, correct?

No way would you get that much heat into the tires and suspension compression on the street. I think if I had 10mm it may have been fine.

Just to warn readers, 40mm lugs with 10mm spacers will touch the ebrake assembly and click in some of our cars. There's a tolerance difference from car to car and 40mm was too long for my car. Looks like they work for you though & car looks good!

It's possible. There is a rotor in the way too that may have a difference thickness with the PP. The assembly lives inside the hub though and I can bet that it does not fit in the same spot every time.
