Need help with part # for rear suspension bolts

Do those descriptions sound correct?

hmmm, ok so in the picture, the smallest bolt is control arm to sway bar, the middle sized bolt is control arm to shock and the largest bolt is control arm that connects to the brake assembly, not sure of the exact name

I would also like new nuts, not sure if i need a separate part number for that
