Will a LSD help me in these situations?

I've owned 2 C63's without LSD so I don't know what I may be missing. And I'm looking at some leftover 2013 E's with/without LSD.

Will an LSD help with traction off the line?

Also, every time I pull out of my work parking lot and take a L/R, it's a pretty steep slope and not the smoothest transition into the road. There's a little sharp angle where the road surface meets the driveway. So every time I pull out and turn, my traction control goes off and robs me of power. Occasionally I need to pull out fairly quickly and it just doesn't happen. Will an LSD help in that situation? Not the biggest problem as I just normally wait until I have plenty of space. Just curious.

LSD will definitely help with traction off the line. not sure about the second situation.

LSD functions in all situations where the car lacks traction. so yes, taking off from a full stop or accelerating once already in motion.

Yes. It is still amazing to me that some of these car were built without a LSD.

Last I drove a non lsd car was 1998. I just think it is a more confident drive. Remember that the traction control kicks in at loss of traction. LSD allows for traction control to not interfere a bit longer.
Because C63 has a virtual LSD on non LSD cars, lack of LSD is less pronounced, but the system does activates your brakes while turning to keep the spinning wheel in check.

That is correct, although the "virtual" LSD is only going to prevent the car from slipping and/or burning up the inside tire. It won't help it accelerate any faster.

The LSD is a must-have option on these cars. Actually, it shouldn't really be an option, it should be standard.

I agree, although there are many happy non-lsd-c63 drivers here that would argue.

Traction control on our cars keeps us out of ditches. LSD lets us go fast, faster.....

My car in non-LSD time was showing traction control light all the time and loosing power under acceleration.
Now, with LSD, in rare times, when traction is lost at the back, it still accelerate with sideways playing, which is fun.
