That isn't unexpected. Car and Driver reported in their Feb 2013 article about the release of the 507 that they had gotten 3.7 seconds out of a C63 with the performance package. M-B tends to claim slower 0-60 times than what the cars can actually do.

Love the car... I agree with the 0-60 actually. MT tested the black series at 3.7sec and so 3.6 should be attainable since its essentially the same powertrain.

I have to admit though, kind of annoyed that MBUSA put out a car that's just as fast as mine in the straight line... although the Black will likely do better in the curves.

High lighted might be the problem. The uber estates from Europe have always had a mystique about them and I truly believe they would sell as fast as they came in.

^^^Another video by Jonny Liebermann. Explains how AMG E63 Wagons are built by order for the states and that Cadillac only sold 447 CTS-V Wagons in a 2 year period.

I don't blame M-B for not bringing the C63 wagon to NA. I wish I could get my hands on that A45 instead.
