Shall I buy it? C63 2012?

Hey All,

I have been intersted on buying a used C63. I found one that is full optioned + warrinty. The new ones are for 430k, this one is for 270k. It has been driven for 20,000-30,000 Km.

What do you guys think?

What to be aware of?

I would be glad to see any comments.

Thank you,
El-Debs

Curious, where do you live? Trying to convert your pricing but not sure what currency to use. It would seem like a decent deal, as long as you have had it checked over or it's a CPO vehicle.

I live in Qatar. The car is perfectly fine when I tested it. I don't know if it's a good deal or not. The new C63 2013 is for 430k and as I said the 20,000 Km car is for 270 - 280k.

What do you think?

I would haggle a bit. Try going to around 220,000. I would use the NMY coming out soon as a bargaining point.

This and that.
WE have no idea about the pricing and value in Qatar. So, shop around and look for other C63's of the same year and roughly similar km's and see how much they are selling for. Then negotiate from there.

Well, I have been researching around the area I live in and the result I came with is the following:

2012 C63 FULL OPTIONS: 22,000Km for 270k

2012 C63 FULL OPTIONS: 30,000Km for 264k

2012 C63 FULL OPTIONS: 13,000Km for 320k

2012 C63 FULL OPTIONS: 6,000Km for 335k

2012 C63 FULL OPTIONS: 25,000Km for 280k

2013 C63 FULL OPTIONS: 13,000Km 360-390k

All of them are coupe. They are found in Black and White. Interior are Red.

I am really not sure. The thing that is killing me is that I have bought c350 AMG packged last year 2013 coupe. I am not sure of replacing it with 2012 C63 used car ...

Although, C63 2012 has nearly the same features as 2013 I guess? What do you guys recommend?

W204 C63 Coupe, W166 ML350 BlueTEC, 928GT, C5 Z06 & IS300 race cars, EQE 4Matic+ on order
AFAIK the 2012s are the same with the 2013s, so in terms of changes to the car there won't be any between the two. If you're looking at buying used, it all boils down to price, condition and warranty.

This and that.
And in terms of a C350 and C63....there's NIGHT AND DAY difference between the two. So if you're thinking that you already have a brand new C350 and getting a 2012 C63 would be downgrading then that is not the case. Even a 2009 C63 is an upgrade from a brand new C350 as far as the driving experience is concerned.
