Are u sure this car is an 09? The mirrors are 10+ & the red calipers shows it has Performance pack.. But it can all be aftermarket mods.

Nice. Congrats. I upgraded my C350 to 11 C63 about a month or so ago and couldn't be happier. So far I haven't really kept any car for longer than a year, but C63 might be the one that I do!

Wow an '11 C63! I saw one of those, it looked amazing!! I plan on keeping this one through at least undergrad for like 4 more years! We'll see how that works out, but I really don't have enough to upgrade anytime soon so this will have to do (thankfully I picked such an amazing car to be with for 4 years!!)!

P30 is where its at! Def go for a tune as it will make the car 1,000% better. Also go for some Pilot Sports so you can actually get the powder down on the pavement.

Nice job on the acquiring one with P30. Definitely rare but the stiffness sucks especially since it doesn't improve handling at all but rather just make the ride rough. But the suede steering wheel is a nice feature along with the LSD.
+1 on the tune and Michelin PSS. Putting the power down with those tires makes a big difference.

I'll definitely get new tires on my ride! But to all of you saying I could tune it to make it 1000% better, I'll probably wait a bit, because since I only have like a year of driving experience, I don't feel safe driving a give or take 500bhp car like my dad's CL600. When I feel safe driving it I'll definitely go for it though!

Technically you can't but we know someone who works there, so we'll try and see what we can do. If we can't haggle it a couple grand with them, 39k is still in budget, but trying to get another couple grand down wouldn't hurt.

I know someone who got Carmax to budge on their no haggle policy before. If there's something wrong with the car like cosmetic damage, scraped rims, or something else, then you could try to get them to fix it and if they don't then tell them to budge on the price.

The car is pretty clean, I wouldn't be able to use the defect argument to lower the price, but my dad knows someone who works there so we might try to get it lowered a bit, but once again as I said, I can deal with 39k if they won't lower it.
