Picked up my c63 saloon on thurs
Hi everyone. Been browsing on here for a while leading up to the purchase of the c63. I'm in the uk and so far loving the car.
I have a problem And I could do with some help. When I got the car I was given a reverse camera. I have been into the secret menu and the cam is installed, also when reverse is selected I get the black screen with check surroundings message. I also have the RCA wire (yellow) run to the boot (trunk) lol. My camera has a red RCA with a plug that goes to live and ground of brake light and a yellow RCA with a red wire that branches off as well.
Am I right in thinking the red wire that comes off the RCA is to live the cam up or have I got the wrong camera ?
