Blowing away vortech supercharged mustangs! Friends car that thought he was going to put the old AMG on the trailer home.

Far lane. First and only run of the night 10.9 at 128mph, short shifting 1st and just dropping the hammer off the line, no stalling. My slicks are rubbing my fenders, I have to get my rims machined to bring them in more, I didn't want to pop a tire at 120+mph.

Surprisingly I didn't get kicked for going too fast, they even came over and said great run lol. More racing coming up next week.


PS, 3000+ ft DA.

Nice! I think if you practice your launch you will be able to go even quicker!!! And obviously a lower DA will help greatly as well, Can't wait to see those times keep dropping!!

Great run! Car makes 600+ whp? I was expecting traps to be over 130mph? Am I expecting too much?

Ya at 3000ft DA and this track, you are.

I used to run 11.88 @ 118mph with headers, race gas, 200lbs removed.

Stock C63 P31 runs 12.3-12.5 @ 112-113mph here.

CONGRATS!!! You deserve it and I'm sure you are enjoying it!
Times will improve with practice and better conditions. Its nice to have a 10 second daily driver if you want to.
