I owned a 2012 c63 p31 and loved it. Since that car I've had a few others and now have the opportunity to buy a 2013 p31 car for $63,500 (msrp $75,000). The discount is right but my question is simply: do I wait for the 2015 model or am I buying the 2013 right and should go for that car instead of waiting?

But why did you get rid of your 2012 MY? IMO there are no difference between MY 12 and MY 13. So the reason you sold your previous C63 would be the same for this MY 13

Good question.....I'm crazy when it comes to buying/selling cars but the real reason is that I bought a 2013 black edition GTR. Opportunity was too good to pass up....ended up selling the GTR for an LP570 and need a daily now.

lol! Well if you think the price is right buy it and use it as a daily driver. Keep it until you see and test drive the W205.
Or you can just buy a toyota corolla

Just curious where are you getting that deal? I am waiting for a 507 but with all the hype I would jump on a new 2013 p31 for $63,500

The LP570 is an Underground Racing TT car that makes 1150 whp on pump gas...the most power the GTR's I've had have made was 660 whp so no real comparison. Sounds like n/a 6.3 is the way to go on the Merc huh?

Thats a great deal on a C63. I'm looking at 2013's too. First dealer I contacted offered $9k off sticker via email, so i'm sure I could get more.

Well since essentially nothing will compare with the feeling of your UGR TT Gallardo, I would say go for the P31 C63. It will likely be one of the last big naturally aspirated motors outside of marque brands such as Lamborghini or Ferrari etc. The sound and the ability to put a smile on your face every time I drive the C63 is alone worth it. The MPG can't be worse then the UGR TT Gallardo for daily driving.

Just out of curiosity, what sort of MPG does the UGR TT Gallardo get? I'm assuming you went with their stage 3 build?

That is a great price, I would pick another one up or if you can make the move to a 2014. I had a 2011 non P31 and had to have another crack at this engine, this 507 is breathtaking!

The lambo is actually my fourth UGR TT car...she is in fact a stage 3 car with MoTeC and race heads. Makes 1250 on 109 and 1150 on 93 pump.

The C63 is a brand new car.

Well if you wait until 2015 model, that is minimum a year away for the AMG model, if not longer. I would take the 13 now and enjoy.

no but really, it depends where your house is.

My Dad's house in West Palm Beach, Florida that we rent out now has one because it's a pretty nice house in a real crap area.

Might be the same for his neighbor, or they just wanted the gate for whatever reason.
