Floating star

This was my first time doing anything like this...decided to use plasti dip and it works great...I'll be plasti dipping a few more things soon. Thanks to the DIY section of this forum for helping me get it right.

Looks great, but I would do the star as well.. It would look killer on ur matte black car.

Almost did the star too but when you look at the car as a whole...you need a little something to stand out. That's why I left the star.

Agreed, I was debating on leaving the star chrome on my CF grill, but I went all out with the CF star & it's very aggressive.

U can always change it up cuz plasti-dip is easy to apply & remove.

I agree with them ^ It looks nice but I think you should plasti dip the star. Or if you want to keep some chrome, black out the upper and bottom part of the grill but keep the middle chrome. Basically like the 507.
