Is it possible to have performance media installed on my 2013 C63 PP???

It can't be retrofitted. I believe it was only available as an option in the 2012/2013 Black Series, and the 2014 507 (US only, not in Canada).

Lol I'm never happy, its only when you look at comparative cars in the market from Audi, BMW, Jaguar etc that you look at the software and think its kinda lazy from mercedes to use the same imagery and graphics etc

I'll tell you what - I'd rather take a C63 over an M3 or RS4/5 anyday of the week all thing considered.

I have my 507 on order with the option 255.
