Clamps is leaking

Ever since i got my cat and res delete i've been hearing a little ticking sound come from under the car. I was thinking it was normal but it got annoying so I brought it to my mechanic this week and we found out the clamp was leaking. Are clamps 1 time use only? Anyways I was wondering if anyone knows the part number to this clamp.. ? thanks

I do not see any clamps.. I see welds. And honestly, I see poorly done welds, they are really messy.

at the left, I don't know what you call that. I know welds are crappy.. a buddy of mine did it for cheap.. As long as it holds i'm cool with it.

Remove or loosen the clamp, clean the rust/dirt off, then reclamp, maybe put some high temp sealant in there. At least that is what I would do..

If you're sure it's a bad seal around the clamp (not the weld itself) and the clamps are tightened all the way, you can wrap a layer of silica exhaust tape to build up the diameter and then clamp it down.
