If adding a little drop on the car by only using spring, ( HR sports ) can it might dammage the shock absorbers? Like leaking?

Or there is no worries with that

The suspension is a wear item. Over time it will need to be replaced. Adding lowering springs can increase the rate of wear and failure. When and how much is still to be determined. With that being said, a lot of members have been using H&R springs for many years and miles and still going strong. Safe to say, you will be fine with them for a long time.

Suspension has a set travel and spring rate range, and as long as you stay in that range, the wear is within spec.

Basically you will not wear the struts and shocks any faster with lowering springs (unless you drastically increase the spring rate).
