First modded 507!!!!!!
Guys-
I'm about to have the first modded 507, yet to date. Not cosmetic, but performance based. I am very excited and so glad that I totaled the 2010 C63 because these parts were destined to go on it. I know that some of you have done some mods that make out cars look meaner/lower, but these are actually parts that hidden internally and am ecstatic to have them ion. I will be showing the SDYNO sheets later. Here's the list:
Carbobio Air-box
Kleemann longtube headers, ceramic coated black
Eurocharged V4 tune
Weistcec oil/air separator
Quaife LSD
I have been waiting a long time for this set-up!! I do go to the track occassionally, but this is mainly for spirited street driving and I do use it as my daily drivier. As soon as these salt rocks, fomr the snow and ice are gone, I'm going to touch up the paint up front and add a clear bra. Hopefully this will help eliminate the chips. I will show you the dynio results as this:
1. Stock
2. Stock with Carbonio
3. Just V4 Tune
4. V4 tune with Carbonio
5. Stock with Cabonio, headers
6. V4 tune with carbonio, headers
Should be great to see those 6 different tunes with variables
I cannot wait!!

Pretty sure Weistec put a blower on one already. At least I know there was a silver one in their shop getting something done to it back in December when I was out there. Nonetheless congrats and enjoy your mods, let us know how she runs.

What color did you end up going with? 507 is a great looking car, fitting final edition for the W204. Final edition SLS is a joke, you got the good one.

Okay, and I wasn't even trying to be the first. As I said, these parts were purchased a year ago and meant to go on my 2010. I was not trying to be the first, but thought that since I had the part and it's the same engine(M156) for those newbs, I'd install them. I have yet to see a modded 507 on this forum. I am not on instagram, so I cannot speak to that.
If you actually care about my car, go check my posts. It's a Stormtropper 507, entirely black-and-white. NO chrome to find anywhere, Pretty sinister looking.
But hey, Weistec did one for show and to show customers the potential that they can achieve for someone like you. I built a driving mans car(P.S. NOT done with my mods by a long shot, but I'm off to a great start. You don't deter me, but didn't have to cut me down. My panties aren't in a bunch and I'm secure in the mods I'm doing. I couldn't be happier. Maybe I can call my car a real special beast when I put a blower in it and can claim my car has more mods.)
I am working slowly, but surely on the last of the N/A beasts. The list of parts I have going on it, I'm completely satisfied with and thrilled to have. I even went the extra mile and ceramic coated my headers. Kind of a trick way to reduced/dissipate heat. My car is a drivers car. Not a gas-guzzling show piece. I don't have your massive wealth and I guess I was expecting some positivity, not, "Oh, someone already modded that car. Well, not like this!!! jcart I know of your stable and wealth, kudos to you.

I actually agree with you for once lol ! .. OP your taking it to serious he was just pointing out the facts there's other modded 507's after you mentioned it nobody is trying to **** on your car !! Looks good love the storm trooper look on the c63 I went the same route with my coupe :-) your going to love the mods man especially the LSD .. I've modded my car extensively and it's one of if not the best mods I have done. If you really drive the $&@?# off the car it's so necessary to keep it predictable and fun especially with the power you will now be putting down with headers. Lighten up enjoy the car she's a beast

Also another good dyno test to run besides what you have listed is to dyno the car with tune and headers w/ stock air boxes then add the carbonio boxes and re-dyno. Some people claim no power from them but if they are beneficial they will def show with headers and tune since the demand for air to breathe in is much higher. Someone showed 23 whp with the carbonio boxes on a headers car so it would be great to back it up ! Hope it works out I have em on my car but never tested them on the dyno ! Good luck

I don't understand
Still, what?
Ill-received gain in my previous C63 was some spectacular no one can ever hold on to or forth it. We gave seen maxnificants failed. We nee to start a schooll. A place when the Avengers with like minded and help of Prof X and his evil group of mutants. I have dyno info that proves the Carbonio gains 8-15mph.
I will be sharing all Dyno sheets with this forum.

Oh, if the wtf was because of my reaction, i apologize to everyone.
My feelings were not hurt and I took no offense to it. I just haven't seen any modded, other than cosmetic, C63's. Sorry. I am not hurt at all. And it bothers me not how many people came before me. I have been planning on doing these things for a long time. I just now have the time to do it. I have collected those parts over a year ago.
No offense meant. To anyone. And I am certainly not hurt or offended.

Take it easy OP, no one trying to burst any bubbles. Just trying to slow you down a bit as your title screams, "hurry up and look at me, I'm doing stuff no one else has done yet".
In any event, I cant wait to hear about your journey with the new ride (congrats btw) and your new mods! Should be a fun time, and I'm excited to see the dyno results.
Saw the pic you posted above, incredible car man!
Happy Modding!

Definitely keep us posted Jordan. It will be very interesting to see the impact of these modifications on the P61 Tune/Internals!

Here's the dyno sheets..if your asking "those look the same" ..well thats because they are, one is with stock boxes, one with carbonio ..both using EU V4 tune too...as you can tell the dyno didn't even register any gain what so ever
Carbonio boxes dyno:
Stock boxes dyno:
let's put it this way, I had my car dyno'd again after these runs, a few weeks later, it was a really humid day..and my car dyno'd 30HP less then it did the previous dyno, all because of the temp of the day and humidity etc

Your experimental design is excellent. Regarless of what particular air box/tune/headers you use the fact that you have planned this out should make for interesting results. . . and results are what we are all after.

Carbonio airboxes offer little or no gains. I was the first person on this forum to run them way back in early 2008 and they resulted in no increase on the dyno and no improvement at the drag strip. The look pretty and that's where it ends.
