Hi there.
Bought a 2010 C63, and not having Distronic is killing me.

Does anyone have any experience retrofitting Distronic (which is optional in the facelift) to a pre facelift 2010.

Apart from the Flat Grille Star, Distronic Unit behind it, and Distronic Stalk, what other parts would i need?

Has anyone done it? I have Star Diag so coding shouldnt be a problem.

I have seen in the W211 Forum, people fit it to her E55/E63. So im sure it can be done to C63, especially since the facelift had this option.

good luck. let us know what he says. Theres alot involved in the distronic system. They use the radar sensors front and rear in place of the parktronics ultra sonic ones. Lots of wiring and programming. Id love to add it on mine but i cant see it being cost effective. Even w/o labor im sure its 5k$ in parts alone. Then factor in getting it programmed correctly.

Distronic can be retrofitted but the total costs for that will most probably be more then when you find a used C63 with distronic and trade yours in.
Distronic requires various 2012 control units through out the car in combination with an EPS premium system and getting all that installed and version coded properly is somewhat of a nightmare and will end up expensive
