Best Aftermarket exhaust for C63 AMG

I'm new to mbworld.

I own a stock 09 c63amg. I've been looking around for aftermarket exhausts. I like sound quality. It has to be loud with a deep tone.

So far I've come across

Renntech Akrapovic Full Titanium exhaust ($6600)

Eisennmann exhaust ($3500)

iPE exhaust (sounds quieter than stock when its closed from videos I've seen, is it quieter than stock when its closed?) (couldn't find price for iPe)

Agency Power Electronic Valve Control ($2500)

Meisterschaft Titanium ($5000)

of these 5 exhaust systems which one is the best?

IMO:
1 - Full Agency Power exhaust - headers to mufflers
2 - MBH longtubes and resonator delete with stock mufflers.

I think either of those two are the best sounding combos.

I wish the C63 section had a sticky thread for all exhaust sounds. All the different setups and changes.

Has a thread like this ever been created?

From 3 or so years ago members had issues with the vacuum hoses failing, and the electronics wouldnt work. The valves would stick open possibly closed. (Mostly if not all were stuck open I think). Quite a few people were selling because the exhaust constantly needed to be fixed.

I didnt know ipe and Agency are the same. They have different price points.

Damn, sounds like serious problems.

Any owners have had problems with MBH?

OP- why don't you have MBH in your lineup? They are reputable and huge in the E55/C63 market...

Even one of the C63s that was filmed with the exhaust for promo videos was sold and the new owner had nothing but problems.

S550 on order
just buy a H-pipe or straight pipe...I've listened to a ton of after market exhaust videos and NONE even come close to that AMG sound..a lot sound very toned down actually..theres a reason an after market exhaust is 3-4k while a AMG one is probably like 5+

^ Do you mean delete the secondary cats/replace with Xpipe and delete the resonator? (Maybe $300-$400 job?)

you're right ... those deletions with stock mufflers would probably sound awesome and save the owner A LOT of $$$$$.

The car in the second link looks great!

Sounds so mean! I think I will be visiting my friends at Zoro Muffler next month to have this done.

Headers with stock mufflers are terrible. Supersprint has the best sounding exhaust. Carlsson is the same as supersprint.

Don't use an x pipe.....it kills the AMG sound. Go straight pipe like Akra has on theirs. Drop in some MBH headers and high flow cats and you're perfect.

Headers and stock mufflers are horrible? Why's that?

I've heard some vids of MBH headers with everything else stock and it sounds great. Maybe they had more exhaust work?

Video and real life is different. Stock mufflers are loud. Cool at first until you daily drive it and it's insanely loud at low rpm's.

The deepest tone comes with changing the mufflers.

Stock mufflers were designed to make a big noise like a trumpet......all the factory restriction muffles the sound so they had to put these giant trumpets on the back to make it sound cool.

When you remove that restriction, it gets crazy loud.

People outside of your car will hate you on cold starts.

All jokes set aside it is ridiculously loud. I keep looking into buying a different exhaust just not sure what setup goes the best with the MHP headers and catless mid pipes? Have you ever heard the supersprint setup with MHP headers?

the one thing I will never change on this car is the exhaust. factory exhaust is the best, IMO.
