Finally, after a week delay due to warranty work and car being at the dealership. Plus contemplating on what film to go with, but I made the decision and got the tint done today, before I go back to the dealership to drop the car off on the 28th.

Couldn't be happier with the results. Pics to follow!

Overspooled

drastically changes the look IMO! I got 5% all around on my coupe and I love it. Some say it's hard to see at night although you get used to it.

I had 5% on all my BMW's, and my CLK500.
Too hard to see at night IMO.

Went with 18% on my cars now.
Though the C63 came with 35% and i will probably leave it.

Overspooled

It is hard to see although once used to it, it's fine! I have to say though with age vision tends to get weaker and my dad and mom have a harder time to see. I had 20% on my BMW and it was nice too.

LOL. im 30. i dont wear glasses or contacts.
My vision is ok i think.
But at night, its just hard to see out the side windows. Especially when parking.

tint makes a huge diff. cars without tint look weird to me. ps I tinted mine a couple years ago! lol.

Tinted mine the day I got it, 15% all around. Makes it look so much better!

I went with 40% all around and IMO it's perfect for me. Dark enough to notice and not too dark that it obstructs anything. Especially here in Calgary where tint is illegal, going any darker is simply inviting attention from the police and the subsequent tickets.

Did anyone go for the ceramic film, greatly reduces the heat of the sun through the tint. Lowers inside temps when the car is sitting and stops the skin from searing on the black leather seats.
