Apologies if this question has been answered a 1000 times.
However, I am planning on changing the head bolts to the ARP Studs (Weistec) just as a precautionary measure. How big a job is this, I have read they can be changed one at a time so no need to remove head? Is this true?

Anyone had this done, if so how many hours labour are we talking?

No you dont have to remove the heads to replace them. Pull one bolt out at a time and replace with a stud.
