Wonder how far the tuners will take this engine?

I love how the bumpers come pre riced out. Why couldn't they make them cleaner?!

Credit given where its due, that exhaust note does sound quite good. Very deep growl and is a definite improvement over the older M3s where they can sound like a tin can at times.

Also, is it just me or does it look like a beefier 1-series??

C63 ///AMG P30
I've seen it in person and it's a lot bigger than the 1 series but did take some queues out of it

I'm finding it hard to like those "eyelids" over the lower front intakes. However; looks like BMW is going back to their roots with a straight 6, and it sounds great!

I like it. And they gave the car proper rear fenders...something AMG continues to fail at. Exhaust leaves much to be desired, however...I love the details though, particularly the CF trim around the engine bay! Surprised this car doesn't have a flat bottomed steering wheel. Given how much lighter is will probably be compared with the W205 AMG, I think MB is going to have their hands full with this car...especially once the tuners get to work on it.
Still glad I got my m156 though!

A member here just weighed his LCI W204 sedan and it came in at 3,860 lbs.
Keep in mind the W205 is supposed to be at least 220 lbs lighter than the W204. And the W205 C63 will have more power.
Once again, in a straight line, the C63 will have a clear advantage.

hte 4.0 liter bi-turbo AMG V-8 sounds very mean....
https://mbworld.org/forums/sl55-amg-...-kin-mean.html
The above forum post from the SL section has a link to the video of the all new AMG GT...which will be using an uprated version of basically the same 4.0 liter bi-turbo V-8 that's going in to the C63 too....it sounds very mean, meaner than the M3/M4 for sure....so as for sound AMG is still doing awesome...can't wait for some acceleration and highway runs between the two...and especially after some mods....

I'm not impressed with the new M3, it's okay looking.
I'm not rushing out to buy one.
The exhaust needs more snap crackle pop to be considered anything close to AMG
just my .02
