I am running the standard 19" wheels and suspension.

What " spacers are the best? Would it affect the car in any way?

You want hub-centric H&R spacers, 12mm front & 10mm rear and longer bolts (40mm - and you'll probably need to shave down the rears by about 2-3mm). You should be OK w/ no rubbing if you're running OEM tire sizes. Read the thread suggested above by Mort.
