wheel bend (cratch) in my fender part II need your help
dear fan and owner of C63 AMG,
still from my last thread I still having this problem.
I buy the Forgestar wheel CF5V and I buy a set of tire Bridgetone who is 275-30-19 and my tire bend in my fender ( scratch)
first of all this setup is suppose to match... I thing, the forgestar are built for the c63 anf the tire are suppose to be in the tolerance.
actually I thing the offset for the wheel is 52 but im not sure
what are you recommend me
1)use the roller fender to open it ?
2)do they have a problem with MFG in fabrication of the wheel ?
3)change my tire ??? they are brand new
4) kill my tire dealer ??
5) machining the interior center of my wheel ?
please help me on this guys

There is no way that is a 10" wheel with a 52 offset. I have CF10's, 8.5" 45 offset front and 10" 52 offset rear and the fronts have absolutley no chance of rubbing and rears (with a 275/30/19 Bridgestone RE760 fit perfectly flush just inside the wheel well and do rub at all and do not stick out like that. I say blame your wheel dealer of forgestar as these are not proper C63 fitment.

From your second picture, it looks like you are sticking out past the fender about 1 inch to 1.5 inches.
No amount of fender rolling will help you there. Unless you want to run a significant amount of camber and stretch the rear tires.
Need to know the offsets and the width of the rim to be sure 100%.
You can shave the back pad if it allows it, but kind of a waste of money especially if you purchased new and from a dealer. I would take it back if you can.

i buy my wheel true eurocharge, and i'm wainting them to get me the offset of the wheel. perhaps i don't have this information.
i measure it and I sticking out 1/2 inch out of the fender from the left side and 1/4 out from the right side, i measure it from the center of the wheel. both both side i have the problem...
**** that look like i have a MFG problematic.

You have probably wrong offset in the rear or too aggressive!
I don't believe L and R offset are different though. That would be unbelievable from your vendor !!
Either way get them involved in resolving your issue! No roller fender will help you.

Woah! Second pic is some major mexi-poke you got there. There are two things you can do. Either go wide body (expensive if you want it done right) or do something on the fender (like pull it and bundle out the flare just a bit for clearance; that's if you want to go the cheaper route). You may need to consider running on hella stretched tires, which highly not recommended for our cars. However, if it were up to me, I would send those wheels back to Forgestars or your vendor and get the offset corrected. I have the offset info on my signature if you want the same fitment as me. Good luck man! Welcome to the world of modding :P

As others have pointed out, the wheel offsets are wrong.
If there is a noticeable difference between the sides of the car, there is likely something else wrong on top of the wrong offset. Either a badly botched alignment or possibly something even worse like a bent car that has been in an accident and repaired.
