He is an ipe master dealer and can have it sent direct to you from the plant or here in the Usa. Ask for a deal and say Andrew told you to email him.
You can also contact mr747 aka the "Bradster" on this forum. I think he has a set of ipe headers so all you will need is the header back kit.
