Another Estate Introduction
Hi all,
Just a quick introduction from myself although I've been randomly lurking on here for a while now. I know the Estate's are rare on here as they're not available in the US so thought I'd introduce mine: a 2010 C63 Estate in Tenorite grey that I just picked up a little over a month ago after coming from a modded E60 M5.
No real special mods so far and no big plans either... So far:
- 55tech single-fine matte grille
- Opticoat paint protection
- 15% tint
- Mike's H power pipe
- AZN Optics 5000K eyebrow LED's
- Satin vinyl wrap on window trim, roof rails and rear boot trim.
Future mods:
- Weistec oil/air separator
- Respray calipers Porsche/Brembo yellow
- H&R springs + 17mm rear pads
- 19" Forgestar CF10 in matte black
- Any front splitter
- OE or Eurocharged tune
Cheers,
Linh

check in with AZN Optics - he's a sponsor on here. my pricing was more because it took into account international shipping to down under!

no updates to this thread because I haven't modded the car in months - however, i do have a few goodies lying around waiting to go on. eg. H&R springs and Forgestar CF10's amongst other things.
so here are some short videos i took a few months ago to show my exhaust: mike's H-pipe as well as resonator-delete with straight-pipe.
cold start:

quick squirt through a tunnel... except my cousin recorded most the wind noise then stopped recording just before i did a few big revs:

OK, so embedding the videos didn't work. but if you click above, you can view them. anyway, celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary today out in Barossa Valley (wine country). bad weather but snuck in this quick photo. just had the H&R springs installed last week. wheels go on soon.

new wheels are finally on - the popular Forgestar CF10. have had them sitting around for almost 8 months now. here are some quick/nasty/dirty/over-processed iPhone pics. will take decent pics again later after i clean the car.

Thanks to the quick turnaround from Jerry and Philip at Eurocharged, I've now joined the ranks of having a tune.
Install was easier than expected considering all the problematic threads.
Only had a chance to drive the kids to school this morning but initial feeling is 2.5k onwards definitely feels peppier. Could partly be from the adjusted throttle response. I know most of the fun is 6k onwards so looking forward to trying that later...

quick snap (by someone else) from a recent car meet... biggest one for the year here in Adelaide.
however, after seeing this pic, i realise:
- needs front lip
- needs more neg camber on rear
- needs 5mm spacers
dammit.
