Anyone in the bay area install their weistec catch can??
Looking for a competent shop to install it, and I don't trust the dealer. I was hoping someone in the area has either installed it, or knows a shop that has done it before. If so, please post up
Thx in advance!

Have either of you guys actually had them install the catch can or just suggesting them? Thanks either way, but I'd like to know if they have actually installed them before.

09 E63-Weistec,MBH, and some other things :)
I had them remove my supercharged pulley for an oil change i know they had done a supercharger kit for a ml63. but honestly installing the catch can isnt that hard. if you know a mercedes benz tech they should be able to do it. all they are doing is removing the factory plastic around the back of the intake manifold and installing the new return lines for the catch can.

It depends. Take a look back through related threads. Took some folks a couple hours. Took some of us longer. If you haven't removed the y-intake before that can be a bit tricky, and installing the Weistec billet pieces and PCV adapters along with hose lines can also be a little tricky. There ain't much room behind the monster engine. Take a look at the Weistec instructions as well (their web site) but know that doing the install with the engine in place is definitely more tricky. The actual work only took about 2 hours being careful. I had to span the work out as it was pretty hot. I had to drive my car 15miles just before installing.
