its possible but you'll definately need bigger injectors and bigger fuel pumps. Flex fuel and running on e85 are totally different. e85 quality varies alot depending on the season and uses 30% more fuel but is like 110 octane for a fraction of the price of race gas. Flex fuel would be the ability to switch between fuels which isnt going to be possible on a c63 without a change in tune. e85 is also alot more corrosive to parts and breaks down oil very quickly.

I've been running e85 in a few of my cars for years now. It's a lifestyle not fuel choice. There is lots that goes into running e85.
Like stated above you burn about 30% more. It's hard on some rubbers, O-rings, hoses, and fuel pumps. In most cases you need a bigger fuel pump and injectors just for starters. It is dirty and clogs things up. I love it because you make lots more power over 91 octane and is cheaper to run that 110.
Here is my Subaru that runs e85 2000cc injectors on a 2.5l motor. puts down over 550 to the wheels.

e85 mostly benefits forced induction. It isn't worth it to us N/A guys at the end of the day.
All these fuel threads... Just throw in 93/91 guys, obviously depends on where you are. You're going to go crazy chasing that extra 5-10hp.
I'd say it's only worth considering changing fuels of you are in fact running a FI setup, or, if you're FBO and looking for what's next.
