Hi guys, anyone have any trouble loading a tune onto the dimsport mygenius handheld? My software on laptop says tune loaded successfully but when I go into the handheld, it is not showing up at all?

Anyone know how to fix this? The link between handheld and laptop is good because I can delete tunes on the handheld but for some reason I can't see new uploaded tunes even if it says transfer complete.

Any input?

I didn't have any trouble, but the names of the tunes on the computer aren't the exact names that show up on the handheld when you hook it to your car.

It may be there, I had the same issue... There is a right arrow > selection to locate the tune. If not call your tuner...

I didn't either a long time ago when I loaded the tunes on it. For some reason my new updated tune will not show on the handheld but software loader says it did it. Jeremy from oetuning will have a fix shortly.

Yup it wasn't there to slide over too. Will get a fix shortly thanks to all for input.
