Got to say these are looking very nice

Having had all incarnations of the M3 inc the awesome CSL (should never of sold as they are going up in value now ) bar the first E30, I am proper M fan that's now very happily moved over to the AMG side, and I love my C63 and it's not going anywhere just yet..... BUT each time I see a pic I get these little urges .. gotta say this looks sweet

They have even beefed up the rear arches to match the front, in black with the carbon roof, few subtle tweaks .. mmmmmm

Lol - is that you in the Biggles outfit in that photobucket account?

Back on topic, the one thing I really dont like in the M3/M4 is this part highlighted in red. For some reason it really bugs me. Do you know what it is for?

See how they drop in value over the next 4 years. If the cost of ownership agrees with where my estimated value puts it, I wouldn't be ashamed to own one!

Yes
It does look sweet, and the interior is nice too.

Coming from a P31/507/BS/Tuned C63 you won't be impressed with its thrust. The in cabin sound too lacks grit...it sounds ok, but it's clearly amplified and makes for a different audible experience. Sound aside though, I still left the test drive unimpressed. Cool, looks great but eh, nothing special.

That part you highlighted in red is the wind speed sensor that measures air velocity so as to let the speaker system know how much C63 exhaust noise should be piped in through the speakers to make you feel like a real man.

You know how trucks have a sack hanging from their trailer hitches? M cars now come with ***** hanging from the subwoofer.

2012 C63 AMG Sedan
I literally just saw a new M3 in White for the first time in the flesh while I was out for lunch.

Really looks menacing, beefy, and great in person on the road. Was a sedan, seen the coupe before, sedan looks much more aggressive.

I think those are BMWs new "Air Breathers" if I am not mistaken.

Should be test driving one next week.....

lol.

Seriously though, does anyone know what those flaps are doing? Are they optimising air flow? I hope they are not cosmetic as they are ugly as sin, and would seriously prevent me from buying this car.

E92 M3

the looks are growing on me. but i personally like a V8 growl to much to settle for a 6 cylinder.
