P2198 o2 sensor signal stuck

So I have MHP headers and xpipe, and last time I looked under the car, I also saw o2 sensors. Car used to pass inspection like this. Lately I have been getting a P0171 CEL along with a P2198. The P0171 seems to be common enough for lean bank 1, but I’m not familiar with the P2198. It says o2 sensor signal stuck rich bank 2, sensor 1.

My question is, would the P2198 cause the P0171 code? And does it mean my o2 sensor is shot?

If you have access to SDS you can use it to check the condition of the lambda sensor. It will tell you if they are bad or not

No access, but I wonder if it’s the P0171 code causing the P2198, or the other way around. From my understanding, the P0171 is saying my car is throwing in a lot of fuel, which kind of makes sense that the P2198 code is triggered.

I emailed Jerry at Eurocharged and he’s thinking the o2 sensor is causing both codes.
