*NEED TO SELL* Wavetrac Differential LSD
Bought this Wavetrac LSD for my C63, and then we decided to buy a house... So I could use the money instead! Brand new, never opened in box. Paid $1050.00 Asking $900 shipped within the continental 48!!

Shipping from Massachusetts, I can grab some pictures if you want, but it would just be pictures of the box since it's unopened. Here is where I bought it from:

Is this just the internal cage of the diff without the housing? Do they always fit? I recall on SLK 55s the diff housings were not all the same. The housing was required prior to finishing the internals to ensure they would fit.
It would be great if on C63s that were simpler.......

Ok I'll take pictures of the box tonight and yes $900 to your door within continental 48 only, otherwise I'd have to charge shipping.
I was going to have a local tuning company install it so I don't really know anything about the installation process except that you need the right oil =P

I know right! I was so thrilled to get this, but then we had to go and buy a stupid house... Lol! I was going to have Brentuning install it and they have the same diff in their C63, said it made it a whole new animal! I'm so bummed

best mod out there imho (if you don't already have an oem LSD)
makes the car faster, safer and better in inclement weather, more versatile and usable
gives you acccess to power you already paid for but can't put down to the pavement

Totally agree! I did a lot of research and this was going to be the first mod I did to the car, followed by a tune and the airbox mod. I'm so depressed I'll never get to drive her with it installed :'(

That's exactly the same thought process that I went through when I installed my Quaife Diff a few years back, followed by a tune, and other mods.

Keep the car and install the diff! You'll love it. You are going to take a big hit on depreciation for the C63 if you sell it, might as well keep it and enjoy it. I don't see many cars in this price range that will give you the ****s and giggles that this car.

Well I'm certainly not rushing to sell my car! Just had it dipped and tinted too
I'm looking at getting a GTI, which is not even close to being as fun, but it's unfortunately practical. Lol. We'll see what the dealer comes up with a trade in price, if it's offensive I'll keep shopping!

Basically 1 mm or 2 to round a corner off in a non- structural area, not much more than casting flash
If done right (very slow with oil and only as much material removed as requied) might be stronger at that point due to less surface imperfections lol
Need the right installer for sure
