It seems the difference lies in the resonators and/or mufflers. I compared random VIN's in the EPC tool for a C63 and a C63BS (see attached for exhaust parts lists of both). Below is an exploded view for the exhaust system. The part numbers for Items 200 and 240 are different.

Item 10: Driver-side primary cat with both secondary cats
Item 20: Passenger-side primary cat
Item 200: Driver-side muffler
Item 240: Passenger-side muffler with both resonators

Long time lurker that is a non-C63 owner; hoping to change that soon though. Just waiting for the ATS-V reveal before I make up my mind ...but that's for another thread.

Are the mufflers only different for the exhaust tips maybe?

Many thanks to you!

I guess the difference can´t be just for the tips because C63 BS has a meaner sound...?

Awesome first post. Keep up the good work! Yes, the ATS-V is now gonna be a direct competitor to the new C63, M3/M4, RC-F, etc. Get your popcorn ready...

I also checked EPC. The different parts are called 'Exhaust Pipe Rear Left/Right' and 'Exhaust Gas Line Left/Right Rear Without Exhaust Tip' (Code 98, i.e. Black Series).

Looks like it might well be just the same muffler with and without exhaust tip.
