Okay so these cars are a bit new to me, I come from a z06, anyways I've noticed that this car just now while in Manuel with esp off in 3rd gear at about 5600 rpm or so at around 65+ mph the car is a pig on accel.. I later switched it to sport mode, esp sport and auto S.. it seems to pull so much better when just flooring it, what's the best mode to drive in? Don't have S+ or Race

I just drive it in Manual + Sport mode, and it's fine for most situations. I don't think the gearbox mode changed your experience in acceleration in your case. It would be weird that it would be the traction control, but I've seen it cutting power pretty drastically even at low speeds so it wouldn't be so much of a surprise.

I was assuming it may have been the gear box/computer, in manual/esp off it wouldn't like me go any lower than 3rd gear at about 5500rpm or so, still room to gear down. But in auto S with esp sport it dropped it drastically, like wow, and took off. Maybe this is the case.

Well if it dropped down a gear then it's a different story
