Low beam headlight out

Low beam headlight out
Hi Guys,
I have 2008 C300. Passenger side low beam is out, bulb is good. I am only getting 3.66 volts at the low beam connector. Then I checked the 9 pin connector at the headlight and i noticed 3.66 volts at the yellow wire also.
There are no fused for the headlights. I checked the headlights adjustment range fuses but they are ok. Can someone help me to troubleshoot this problem? Electrical diagram for the headlight would be helpful also. Connector looks fine also. It has been troubling me for few days. Please help
