About Black Series Conversion
I am confused how it works
If I get spacers they told me I can put 255 at the front and 275 at the back.
but when I look to other people in the forum that did the black series
conversion
the wheel arch is still the old one.
is there anyway to wider the wheel arch?

A black series conversion, done correctly, costs north of $15k.
Hard to really understand what you're asking. Post pictures of what you're thinking about.

My main idea is do a full black series conversion
and I would like to put on wider tires.
will the conversion be enough ? Do I need spacers for the wider tires?
If I buy new wider wheels then I do not need spacers for the wider wheels right?

U have to cut ur existing fenders to add more space for the wider wheels.
If u go custom wheels, u do not need spacers.

See here:

This shows how to convert to a Black Series Body and custom rims to fit. The original Black Series still has other differences like larger oil and transmission cooler plus differential cooler, different suspension.

If you are going full custom black series wide body, I am thinking it may be in your best interest to go with custom wheels.
If you keep your oem wheels and just go with spacers and wider tires to fill the void in the fender, you are ultimately pushing the entire wheel outward and is not going to be what I would consider as "proper".
I am thinking a 10.5" or 11" wheel with proper offsets and tire widths are going to be your best bet.
