Guys I will post some pricing on here today for the secondary cat deletes on our cars. I have a different setup on mine with headers, no cats, H pipe and stock resonator & mufflers.
I have been building up a new shop for about the last year and finally have it all set up and running. We are equipped to do exhaust work, just did a new Dinan M3 yesterday, as well as a few other types recently.
I am going to see today exactly how long it will take to do the 2nd cat delete and install straight pipes on a stock C63 that is coming in. Once I have solid information on how long it takes to complete this task I will let you guys know the cost to complete the job.
John Stewart - (214) 912-6389 if you have any questions, I'm in Carrollton.

Good lord! Now, is that cats and resonator delete? I still haven't found a GOOD video of just the secondary cat delete. I really want to get it done though.
JRS, what's the verdict on cost for doing this?

Glad to finally see some DFW C63 motorheads on the forum! I'm in central Louisiana; friend in Coppell has a '09; I just picked up '13 in Dallas last month. I'm in Dallas regularly.
Got the EuroCharged V5 a few weeks ago; looking at exhaust mods; and need LSD install. Need to catch up with you guys when in town; want to hear some of exhaust mods before making a decision.

Well, I took a chance and stopped up at JRS. John is not here *cough cough* but I was talking to Mario, and another member (not sure who) cancelled their appointment today, so since they had time and I did too, I'm sitting in their back room, and my car is being pulled into the shop as I type.

I cancelled because he's also trying to coordinate with a painter, who could be there today, but John couldn't confirm whether the painter had my paint. We'll get there.

Well, I got it done and WOW! What a difference! This is the next best bang for the buck mod after the tune. John, Mario, and the other guy (sorry, I forgot your name!) were awesome to work with. John's car is BELLIGERENTLY loud...but awesome! If I didn't daily mine, I would probably be all over that setup, but I'm ecstatic with the setup as it is now. I think I blew a quarter tank of gas driving 8 miles home haha!
The quality of work is phenomenal, and I know Mario took some pictures that they will be uploading here soon with some before and after so you can see what you'll be getting.
My thoughts on the change:
Startup, sound is nice...that first rumble is great and you can immediately tell something is different. Once revs drop, just like stock.
Revs are something you gotta hear in person to understand...its phenomenal!
Low end, sound is great...a bit louder, but throatier.
Mid range, sound is louder, deeper, and a bit smoother, not quite as choppy sounding
Top end, sound is crazy loud, like stock but not quite as high pitched, deeper/throatier.
Thanks again!!!

It took almost 4 hours but i didn't mind the wait and the work is great. The entire mid section was removed, center cats cut out, new pipes cut and measured multiple times, test fitted, edges cleaned, welded fully off the car, test fitted again, welds cleaned, polished, ground, sprayed for rust protection, and everything reassembled. Lowered the car, test fired, then raised back up and put all the plastic back on and rechecked all bolts. I think they can get it down time wise as they do more though, but it was quite labor intensive and they won't let anything leave the shop if it's not right.

Nice! i love the looks underneath on this car could look at it all day.
You had a better day with your car than me, lets say my hand slipped cleaning wiper blades and now i need a new windshield
Curious that you said it sounded deeper than stock, the sound must not translate well on video straight pipe seemed higher pitched to me
