Just so everyone knows the manufacturer of these headers is a high performance tuning shop called Dyno Comp. Call them direct, look on their site at their shop and the cars they work on. They make Vivid look like the only cars they should be tunning are Honda Civics, call the manufacturer direct rather than dealing with a shady shop.
They make it a company policy not to get on forums and do shady **** like this, or spam all other posts with their bs! I would buy directly from the manufacturer again any day great customer service and any questions are all answered with a phone call.

What a scam! You post about your 36 hour sale on the last 12 hours of the sale. Thanks for all of the forum members being notified at the end of your sale. Given a choice in what has not been picked over by other Mercedes Benz sites.

MB world members have a choice of where they purchase from and we appreciate those who do business with Vivid. If you have a problem with our company please contact me directly. If you have a problem with our post then simply don't look at them.

Thank you for the feed back. I would have given more time for the 36 hour sales, but I can only bump a certain amount of sales post per day. This was not the only thread with that notice.

To my knowledge DynoComp and MBH are two companies owned by the same owner just like the headers you guys build in house. As for talking to you or any other commission parts salesperson, no thank you I won't be talking with you about anything. I did that and was lied to several times by one of your fellow "uneducated parts specialists". I'm sorry but your whole company is a joke when I brought my car to your company with me being a Disabled American Veteran I couldn't even park in one of the two Handicap parking spots because one of your owners took one of the spots with his new red CLA AMG and the receptionists truck parked in the other!
When I asked to speak with the one of the owners a manager approached. He decided he wanted to argue with me about how those spots are on private property and they don't have to follow those rules. He continued to go on when I explained to him the state law that allowed policing of those spots even on private property about how you all don't have enough parking so you all just use those spots. He also continued to speak about how he has never had a customer who was disabled so it didn't really matter. Even though I was a customer standing in front of him in shorts with only one leg. He advised me maybe what would be best would be to call ahead of time that way he would move the employees, not the owners just the employees out of those spots for me to park in.
I asked him about the disabled customer that didn't know that little trick and that Vivid Racing didn't want to follow laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act which set those spaces for persons with the correct placcard.
All I purchased were suspension parts half of this occurred when I first arrived to drop my vehicle and even more when I came to pick my vehicle up. To my surprise when I came to pick my vehicle up they were doing s photo shoot with my car without my permission! Again when I complained they assured me they do this to all customer cars and they place the pics on marketing materials to help sell other parts. I explained they were photographing my property without my permission and they were not allowed to use the pics anywhere. Because after all I wasn't going to compensated for the pictures or where they would be used.
Jacky, your posts on here are a good example of how your company is run, I can only imagine how customer vehicles and orders are handled. Not to mention the customers themselves. The good news is besides talking to several other high line car groups in AZ, but I also had the opportunity to be asked a few questions about how the public receives disabled veterans and I used your shop as a perfect example of how careless people and businesses are when it comes to persons who live with disabilities. Hey on the positive side your company may get some free press just for refusing to not only follow state and federal laws but also because your owners and management could careless about persons with disabilities.
