Numbers for the New CTS - V were announced and they look insane! Car doesn't look bad either.

it looks fabulous, i hated the previous body style ctsv's but I can get behind this one.
I'm still slightly learly of shelling out big cash for american cars based on some experiences with ford's
Curious to see a price on that and the est. mpg

whats with everyone bragging about a "200mph" top speed....I've gone almost 190MPH in my 4 DOOR 2009 C63 WITH 4 other people in the car...and it still had life to go more, so 200mph isn't THAT special...i guess it is if it gets there quick but still lol it's not like 200mph is some next level speed
and i dont get it...640hp and 3.7 0-60? wat? Lol.....my 09 c63 does 0-60's faster and it's out dated...all this HP and it's almost a 4 second 0-60? No thanks, could pedal faster on my bike

That's pretty sick. If they make an awd version it will be low 3s 0-60 easy. And like any Chevy you can make them quick for very little $ compared to what we have to spend. This may be the first 9 second caddy (not tube frame car but actual car) if someone makes a larger supercharger for it.

the design is a bit confusing, almost like it borrowed ideas from other cars like the M3 side vents and the rear diffuser/exhaust pipes look like they belong on a Subaru. front end looks alright though.

My buddy always asks to try my C63, he drives a 180hp VW Golf. I told him not only would he kill myself, he would wreck my car.

Nice car! I definitely like the exterior. But I'm still not attracted by the interior. Doesn't seem much difference with the actual MY.
Engine wise it is the Z06 detuned a little bit. Should be fun to drive I guess.

For starters, the CTS=E not C/E/take your pick class any more. The 2014+ CTS is a much bigger car then your C63.

I agree with above exterior looking cool but interior is just okay. One hell of a car! The hp war is on more than ever enjoy in good health.

This V is going to be the real deal and I'm excited to see how they are actually priced. I wouldn't hesitate to trade the C if the price is right.

I was figuring in 1-2yrs trade my 2010 in on a 2014 507model but maybe i'll jump to m5 or cts-v depending.

come on man me and you both know a tuned C63 goes 200MPH...and if you don't think it wont..take it to a nice long strech of road, and floor it..in about 40-50 seconds you'll be there

Don't get the m5, driven it an not impressed. If you're waiting that long I'd also look and see where the e63s sits for price. If I could swing one of those in a few years that'll be the car to have.
I'm sure the V will be priced reasonably, but I like the used market for cars with less than 10k miles. Basically new, 1 owner, and $10-20k cheaper.

the e63s is a sweet car, i just don't expect the price to fall THAT much in a year.

i just dont get how everyone and their mom toots their horn over 600-700hp these days...big deal, it has 600-700hp and is heavier, so it drinks more gas...then guess what a P85D rolls up beside you and wipes your ***** without even making a sound and your left sitting there thinking "the ***?"

yeah but have you seen the tesla price?? you're talking apples and oranges here unless the new ctsv is over 100k and i dont think it will be
and it's not like the c63 doesn't guzzle gas either. I don't think anyone is saying the c63 isnt a great car but options are nice to have especially for those who don't care much for the new design
