Possible purchase: '09 C63 - 83K miles
Hello all!
Recently sold my track car and looking to trade my daily driver plus cash on a 2009 C63 with 83K miles.
Things to lookout for?
Reliability?
Known issues?

As long as maintenance has been done, really the only issue with 09/10 is the headbolts. If they have been done, you are fine. If not, it's a fairly inexpensive fix to have done before things go wrong and worth it to get done ahead of time. There is a sticky thread at the top of the forum I would suggest reading.
Otherwise, these motors are pretty much bullet proof if you take care of them.

I traded in my 09 with 82500 miles a month ago. Could it be my old sedan you are looking at?
As for your questions, if maintenance is up to date you should be good to go. Headbolts can be an issue but the odds are low. I had a extended warranty for piece of mind.
