Bad rear throttle body?

Bad rear throttle body?
Anyone else have an issue with a bad rear throttle body? Has the front gone shortly thereafter? My shop is saying that the front one appears fine, but if one goes I imagine the other may follow?
Car has 90k miles on and I'm sure some stuff will start to go, but looking to see if this is the beginning of more fun repair bills. Would be interested to hear from other high mileage owners!

MBWorld Fanatic!
Just get a whole new intake manifold it comes with both throttle valves. Throttle valves dont fail very often either. I've got 2 spares if you need one.
