1st bumper: my bad, but of course I blame the person in front that started then stopped with no on coming car
2nd bumper: baby Bambi, needed 3 more feet of braking and we'd both be fine (get those winter tires on when cold, even out of season cold, not just snow)

Seconded. I've had my previous MB there on two occasions and my current one there once. My 20013 E320 was there for a $5,000 collision with a deer and a $3,000 hit by an off-airport parking site near Newark airport (still waiting for them to cover my deductible after almost 3 years. My 2013 was there to have the mirror glass upgraded to the European convex glass last year.
