CEL help

Hey i recently installed a weistec stage 2 blower, and after about 3 weeks i accelerated hard and the car basically went into limp / flashing cel. Drove it for about 10 miles to park it home at a low speed since the rpm was acting up. Codes are : P0300, P0307, P0305, P0174, P0308 (6-7-8 misfires and engine bank lean if i recall correctly) anyone may have a clue what the issue may be
I changed the spark plugs to the brisk spark plugs and ive got a the row airboxs + ap headers + exhausts.

Also when that happened i assume the driver side heAders came loose aswell as the exhaust tone was completely off sounded like a truck

Pull your plugs and see how they look.

You may also have a leak past the MAF on that bank. Check intake seals, hoses, etc.

I'd start with new O2 sensors. Why the noise change? Maybe your headers are loose? Loose header would suck in air and cause a lean code. Ecu would be tossing more fuel in making the mixture too rich which causes misfires. On second thought check over all seals and hoses and especially the exhaust system for leak. You can NOT have any leaks on the exhaust before the O2 sensors. These cars run closed loop 24/7, a leak before the O2 will cause havoc with this system.

You recently changed the plugs. We're they gapped properly? You also recently installed row air boxes, are they sealed correctly?

I'm hoping your supercharger was installed correctly with no shortcuts taken.

It's hard to say what could of caused this unless you retrace your steps and make sure little things aren't causing the big problem.

If you have a leak in your exhaust, then your headers were not installed with a proper heat cycle. I'm also hoping new gaskets and bolts were used for the install.

Sorry i posted on a phone had to re write it, but to answer i do not think they took any short cuts if anything they made the sc install a bit cleaner. Ill check if the plugs were installed properly, the row airboxs have been there for 3 months i do not think that is the issue.. possibly the oxy sensors and the o2. Also im pretty sure they ordered in new gaskets just not sure if they ordered new bolts ill check that. The header issue has been occuring since i installed it at another place the garage i currently am working with said if that issue occured again they would swap the bolts for longer ones since mine were completely striped off. Cheers for the help guys much appreciated.

So the header was loose at the flange?? That's going to suck in air and cause all kinds of problems. There should be studs eith cooper nuts holding the headers on.

Thanks alot for the input, i forwarded your post to my garage and you were basically right.. the codes were being thrown not because of the o2 sensors but infact because "elite racing development" in austin texas was unable to install a bolt on kit properly. I've had this issue pop up a couple of times and it turned out they didnt properly install the headers so they were loose at all times.. with the kick downs it basically came off at high pressures. Cheers again finally got my car after 2 weeks of waiting~

It's disgusting the work i've seen on these cars. If anyone is in texas and needs something installed and is willing to come to dallas let me know. I'll point you in the right direction.
