Bump. Mine is back to the baseball card in the spokes at 25-35mph under light throttle or coast. Going in next week for B1 so I'll mention this as well and see if we can get resolved. It happens every time so at least I won't have to endure the "unable to duplicate customer concern!"

Don't wanna revive an old thread but it's better than creating a new one.. Drove around for 10 minutes with no flapping noise but as soon as I put my foot down, the noise started. I don't an LSD so that shouldn't be a problem.. It's coming from right under the passenger seat and I looked under the car and see nothing

My 2014 507 Coupe was making a loud ratcheting noise from the right front wheel area when turning full lock to the left at slow speeds. Also sounds like bad wheel bearing. At the dealer now so we'll see what they come up with.

My car had a strange flapping noise in those speeds also.
I found it to be one of the undercarriage plastics had became loose at the rear(behind fueltank)
Wind made it flap.

I've found the problem. When the differential is fitted with lsd, the lsd unit creates a lot of metallic particle which circulates through the oil. The differential was not fitted with magnet plugs and all of these metallic particles damaged all of the bearings. It is extremely important to change the diff oil regularly then it has lsd unit installed. On my unit the oil never has been changed. All the bearings are bad. I may post some photos later. The lsd unit is worn out too. It need a rebuild. The unit has more clutches and plates compared to bmw 188 and 210. The clutches and plate are the same as ZF 188 lsd unit. The ramps are 50/90 deg with 50nm static load. I believe the unit is 40% lock up.
