eyebrow lights/leds
Ok, so this has been buggin' me for a while and wanted to get some feedback from different people about what it is they are doing or not doing.
I have an 09' c63 so the eyebrows have 2 lights on each side. The previous owner replaced with with some "bluish" LED lights. Shortly after I had it, one burnt off...so I replaced it. Then, a couple of months later, the other one burnt off...I got tired of replacing them, and I said, heck...I will just wait until they all burn off and figure it out.
Yup, a year later, all are finally toast and I am tired of getting the message saying that the running lights are done so...has anyone replaced these and not having any issues? If so, where did you get them from?
For the people that are still running the stocker ones, are you happy with them? If so, can you please snap a quick pic of what they look like as well as the specs so that I can go to the car store and match them? Thank you!!!

I use the PIAA Extreme White 168 bulbs from tirerack. No flickering and pretty close to the color of the HIDs. I use them in the eyebrows and the sidemarkers so they all match. I've only had them a few months so I can't really comment on longevity but so far I love them.

I can't find the exact link but I bought my LEDs from ecs tuning like this link:
http://www.ecstuning.com/Mercedes_Be...ing/ES2730885/
all the bulbs are the same. Converted my eyebrows, rear license plate, and trunk lights (only bought 8 as I didnt want to over invest in a failed product). I've had them installed for 2 months and so far they are great and really make my car look fresher. Definitely recommend at this point but can't give you results on longevity.
Ive been meaning to take pics of my car and truly introduce myself to this forum as I've been sitting silently and learning a lot in the shadows. Maybe I will take pics of the lights this weekend, they match my headlights and my converted fogs perfectly.
if you get these, one tip i seemed to notice during install, it seems they are contact directional (one way they work plugged in, the other they don't) so dont freak out like i did when i first installed them in a headlight and close it all up and they weren't on Havent had any flickering at all.

I have the aznoptics 8000k led's and have had them installed for about 6 months. They look good and dont have any error codes, but am starting to get tired of the intense blue. They are better than stock (left image) but am thinking of going with something that better matches the stock HID bulbs. Also, the 2 top eyelid lights on either side are flickering so its a good time to look at alternatives. Maybe I'll look into those PIAA Xtreme White 168?

The ones that were on my car were the AZNoptics and those are the ones that kept burning so I gave up on them.
I think I will try the PIAAs - thanks everyone for the feedback.

Update: Got the lights. Installed them and they look great. Bright white light that is better than OEM. Changing them was like a 3 out of 5, 5 being super easy. The most difficult one was the drivers side, closest to grill....THERE IS NO PLACE FOR YOUR HAND OR FINGERS TO FIT!!
Good Luck...

Just changed mine to the piaa today also. Much better color or light worth the $32 I paid for the bulbs (from amazon). Install was a PITA! This is one of those jobs where you have to have some little hands to be able to pull it off. In the end I got it done but it wasn't fun.
