Problems ordering Agency Power Exhaust - Vivid Racing

Anyone run into problems with ordering an Agency Power exhaust from Vivid Racing?

The reason I ask is because i purchased a system for a C63 right after Thanksgiving and was told that there would be a 1 month build time. Here we are and it is already March 1. I think i have waited long enough and should just ask for a refund already.

Sigh, here we go again.

1. Did you contact vivid before starting this thread?
2. How did you contact them? PM? Email? Or did you actually call them?
3. If you did, what did they tell you?
4. Why didn't you just buy the exhaust through Agency Power?
5. Did you call Agency Power to see if vivid placed an order for you?
6. Is Agency Power having issues with inventory?
7. You're in Hawaii, how is the package being shipped?

I'm sure I could come up with more questions but this post is so vague and explains nothing about what transpired over the past 3 months.

Actually, I may be fuzzy but I believe they are indeed the same company.

Given what you've said I wouldn't say it is the end of the world to ask for a refund. You can make your exhaust sound quite good without the AP pieces anyway.

Was it a full exhaust? If you want headers you can always try mbh

Not to be a dick, but before you come asking for help, you should maybe try to see what's going on for yourself. I ordered a shifter from them awhile back and they would periodically call me and tell me what the manufacturer told them. They seemed very communicative. I totally get that they aren't the ones making the parts and some things are out of their control. Long story short: message to garcia.

I had problems with Vivid as well, was told my paddles would be 4 weeks and had to demand my money back after 3 months. will never use them again


( however happy some may be with them )

Nothing but more than satisfying transactions with arash from VIVID. He provides his number and always answers his phone. Have ordered headers and a cat-back from them and they were more than accommodating answering me after hours for orders and shipping info and downtimes etc. They also gave me some killer discounts. I also had a very bad install done at a "high end" shop that closed down due to shady practices and vivid was on the phone for hours with my MB rep and god everything fixed!
